Inside the home, enjoy the cleanliness of this fully remodeled and furnished property. This house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. It also has a gourmet kitchen with spotless appliances designed for cooking, of course, but also to enjoy the company of family and friends in the kitchen, living room, or on the back deck.
All three bedrooms contain queen size beds, and both bathrooms are very spacious. In addition to the 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs), the downstairs family room has two twin day beds which serve as comfortable benches during the day. The family room sofa converts into a full pullout sleeper.
Walk to the lake from this property or head to local attractions conveniently located within 30 minutes of this home, including Pilot Knob conservation area for hiking, Roaring River State Park for trout fishing or a tour of the hatchery, and Dogwood Canyon for an afternoon of hiking, fishing, or biking. On a cloudy day, go underground for an afternoon at the Cosmic Caverns, conveniently located only 30 minutes to the South of our home. Be sure to make a reservation at the Steak Inn just South of the Shell Knob bridge...they make some of the best steaks in the Midwest.
